1. Who we are
SquintPro ("SquintPro", "we", "us") provides AI-powered video intelligence solutions that work with organizations' existing surveillance infrastructure. This policy explains how we handle personal information on this website (www.squintpro.com) and, at a high level, within the SquintPro platform. You can reach us at info@squintpro.com.
2. Information we collect on this website
This website is intentionally light on data collection:
- Demo and contact requests. When you use the demo request form, the details you enter (name, work email, company, camera estate, message) are composed into an email in your own email client. Nothing is transmitted to us until you choose to send that email.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the correspondence and the contact details in it for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship.
- Technical logs. Our web servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations. This website does not use advertising trackers.
3. How we use personal information
- To respond to demo, partnership, and support requests.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To send information you have asked for about SquintPro products.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Video data in the SquintPro platform
The SquintPro platform processes video and derived metadata on behalf of our customers, who remain the controllers of that data. Platform deployments follow privacy-by-design principles: data minimization, configurable retention, role-based access control, encryption of data at rest and in transit (AES-256, TLS 1.3), multi-tenant isolation, and audit logging. Specific processing terms are set out in each customer's agreement.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, aligned with our platform security practices and compliance programs (GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC 2 readiness).
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact info@squintpro.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. International transfers
SquintPro operates internationally, with offices in Latin America, Dubai, and Riyadh. Where personal information crosses borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections consistent with applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
